One of the big differences between Christianity and other faiths is that Christians believe God wants a personal relationship with them. In this talk Richard looks at the Bible verses that support this belief and also describes his own experience of being in relationship with a God who wants to be up close and personal.
Jesus claimed to be the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father except through him. Steve Murrill looks at this audacious claim the challenge that it presents to us even today. Do we, like some of the New Testament characters look at Jesus and conclude that he must surely be the son of God? And if so, what does that mean in terms of our response to the death he died on the cross?

As we start a new school year, Richard reminds us of the vision of New Life Church. He highlights the changes that Jesus made to the verses from Isaiah as he read from the scroll in the synagogue. These words should shape our mission as we respond to the same call as Jesus.
In the last of our summer selection series, Dave reminds us of the words of Jesus and outlines how living in a time of favour can impact our lives for good. In this challenging talk, he then calls us to repentence and to step out afresh in all that God has for us.
