Get to know the 11:15 Community Pastor
Leon Githae
Leon was born in Taita Taveta County in Kenya and raised in the capital city, Nairobi, before moving to the UK in 2017 as a missionary to help plant churches. Passionate about preaching God’s Word, Leon loves seeing lives transformed through the work of the Holy Spirit.
A gifted creative and leader, he is committed to serving God’s church by raising leaders and creating spaces where people feel seen, loved, and valued. He is passionate about helping others grow in their faith and step into their God-given purpose.
Leon is married to Dorothy, and together they have two boys. He is devoted to building a Christ-centred family and serving the local church.
